OPEN POSITIONS
EXPERIENCED HAIR STYLIST - WITH STARTING BONUS
We’re looking for a talented, passionate and licensed Hair Stylist with 3+ years of experience. Ideal candidates have previous salon experience, a robust book of clientele and a knack for not only the latest salon techniques, but also a proven track record for building amazing customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- consulting with guests on creative and stylistic options
- listening to guests needs to determine preferences
- keeping updated on the latest hairstyle trends and styling methods
- describing different hair care products and benefits
- shampooing, cutting, coloring and highlighting hair
- managing bookings (as needed)
- performing scalp treatments
- providing recommendations for hair care retail products
- adhering to all salon safety and cleanliness standards
- providing leadership when necessary to junior stylist and assistant staff
- creating a best-in-class experience for every guest that walks through the door.
